Jewel Changi, Singapore

If there’s one airport in the world that feels more like a futuristic garden paradise than a transit hub, it’s Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore.

And I couldn’t resist making the most of my layover by exploring this architectural gem — and of course, snapping a few looks while I was at it.

The moment you enter Jewel, you’re greeted by the Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall.

Cascading through the center of a glass dome surrounded by lush forest greenery, it feels like something out of a sci-fi movie.

I took a stroll across the glass Sky Bridge with the waterfall plunging behind me — the view is absolutely surreal.

For the occasion, I wore a bold and cheeky cropped tank that reads “Hell” in bright red script — paired with soft, velvety blue joggers and white sneakers for a look that’s both playful and comfy.

The outfit was perfect for airport adventuring while still turning heads (and matching the vivid greens and blues of the forest canopy).

One of my favorite moments? Walking across the Canopy Park’s Manulife Sky Nets — a massive suspended web that gives you the thrill of floating high above the indoor gardens.

Yes, I did climb into the center circle, and yes, it was just as fun (and slightly terrifying) as it looks!

Every corner of Jewel is Insta-worthy — from panoramic garden balconies to elevated jungle paths — and it’s easy to forget you’re technically in an airport.

Whether you’re traveling through Singapore or just want a reason to add it to your bucket list, make sure you give yourself a few hours to explore this place.

Trust me, it’s unlike any layover you’ve ever had.
