Tropical Barefoot

Welcome back to my beach diaries from the lush Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. This time, I found myself immersed in the golden-hour magic of Puerto Viejo, where the sea whispers secrets and the jungle leans in to listen. I wore a simple yet bold look: a white ribbed tank from Naked Tiger with the word “Nudist” printed across the front — a playful statement that perfectly matched the carefree energy of the shore.
The top hugged just right, and I paired it with retro-inspired gingham bikini bottoms in a soft red. The high-cut silhouette added a flirty touch, framed with delicate lace trim that echoed a nostalgic vibe — think tropical pin-up meets jungle nymph.
The setting was wild and warm. I walked barefoot along the shoreline, letting the tide kiss my toes and the sunlight paint soft golden shadows on my skin. Giant sea almond leaves created a natural canopy above me, their greens glowing against the ocean blues in the background. Every shot captured the dance between freedom and femininity, between strength and softness.
At times I posed with the sand clinging to my hands, kneeling like a grounded goddess in communion with the earth. Other moments, I simply strolled — confident and calm, present in my body and the salty air.
This series celebrates the untamed — not just the wild beach of Puerto Viejo, but the untamed spirit within us. The kind that chooses simplicity, raw beauty, and authenticity. And that’s what I love about Naked Tiger — their pieces let me say a lot while wearing very little.
