A Selfie Kind of Day

Sometimes, the best moments come when we stop trying to capture the perfect shot and just feel the moment.
That’s exactly what happened during this spontaneous little beach escape in Costa Rica — a late morning wrapped in sunlight, salt air, and tangled jungle branches overhead.
I laid out a vibrant mandala-style sarong on the warm sand, beneath the wild, curved trunks of tropical trees.
A soft hammock swayed quietly in the background, the shade dancing over my skin as the light filtered through palm fronds.
For my look, I kept it light and playful: a white ribbed crop top with frayed edges and off-shoulder details that gave a carefree, effortless vibe.
The real statement though? My tiny crochet bikini bottom in mint green — handmade and totally beach goddess energy.
Paired with no shoes, tousled beach hair, and a delicate “K” necklace, it felt like the perfect mix of soft and bold.
No filters needed here — just sun-kissed skin, sand between my toes, and a camera roll full of selfies that capture not just how I looked, but how I felt: free, grounded, glowing.
